课题组主要致力于感染性相关疾病的发病机制与控制策略，侧重疾病的病因学、早期诊断和早期治疗分子标志物研究。具体方向为

1.外泌体介导免疫微环境和血管微环境在宫颈癌发病过程中的作用

针对外泌体在细胞-细胞间、细胞-微环境作为“通讯信使”的最新发现，以宫颈癌细胞为外泌体来源，从免疫微环境和血管微环境角度，整合临床病例标本、细胞模型和动物实验，多层次探讨外泌体介导细胞信号转导途径影响疾病发生发展的分子机制。

2.HPV病毒甲基化和宿主甲基化在预测宫颈癌发病风险中的作用

针对HPV阳性人群风险分层的技术需求，利用人群生物学标本，纵向动态监测候选的病毒与宿主甲基化标志物水平。通过统计学模型分析其与组织病理学终点（CIN2+）的关联强度，筛选并验证一组最优标志物组合；阐明甲基化演变在宫颈癌变中的协同机制，并形成经过临床验证的、可用于精准分流hrHPV阳性人群的双靶标甲基化检测评分体系，为制定新一代筛查指南提供高级别循证依据，具有明确的转化前景。

3. 间充质干细胞在耐药性结核病中的免疫调控作用研究

从以宿主为导向治疗结核病的策略出发，利用间充质干细胞免疫调节特性和干性潜能，多维度赋能间充质干细胞，并评估其调节结核病形成中固有免疫细胞和适应性T细胞免疫的作用，并从体内动物实验探讨其应用于治疗的关键技术，以挖掘其临床转化价值。
